Windsor at Seacastle – Santa Monica
CG Systems has performed service and design build projects for Windsor SeaCastle for years. The property needed an updated IP camera system to replace the old analog originally installed. We maintained the access control system until being contracted to replace it with our own design build to bring that up to date as well. The new IP and access control systems are managed across a network and can be completely controlled remotely from any PC or smartphone.
Baldwin Park Smart Parking
Project designed and installed by CG Systems Inc. We integrated new parking controls, parking guidance, and emergency call systems throughout the new smart parking facility.
1000 Grand by Windsor – 1000 S Grand, Los Angeles
Windsor Communities is a client with luxury apartments all across California. They have been a long-time customer of CG Systems, whether it be city block size camera systems, access control, or maintenance items associated with such large properties. For this project we performed installation of access control and camera systems.

One Wilshire – 624 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles
This project consisted of a new parking control system for the underground parking area, in partnership with FlashParking. To replace the existing system, CG Systems crews installed new entry and exit kiosks, new Magnetic pro barrier arm operators, in-ground vehicle loops, bollards, traffic signals, including all cabling and configuration.

Mariott IT Department – Irvine
This project was part of new construction on a floor dedicated to Marriott Hotel’s IT Department. CG Systems crews installed new card/key fob readers on glass doors, video call intercom systems, and a reception desk master station for controlling the doors.
Cadence Park – Great Park Neighborhoods
The Cadence Park job in Irvine was installed for Slater Builders Inc. This was under half of a million dollar job, a substantial undertaking with numerous locations connecting to integrated camera & access systems. CG Systems Inc. over some years has performed numerous installations for the Great Parks properties across Irvine.

Altair – Irvine
CG Systems Inc. has performed around half a million dollars worth of projects for the Altair communities and recreation centers, located in Irvine, CA. This consists of design build vehicle gate fabrication and installation, pedestrian gate, guardhouse systems, access control, barrier arms, IP cameras, structured cabling, and telephone entry systems.
1433 14th St – Santa Monica
This project entailed CG Systems installing a turn-key system with new IP cameras, access control, and a newly fabricated pedestrian gate for the main entry. All designed and implemented by California Gate / CG Systems. 1433 is a condominium complex located in Santa Monica, CA.
